      In today’s society with crime on the rise it is important to be able to protect yourself and your family.  At L&T Firearms Training, Safety And Certification LLC we will teach you not only the legal way of protecting yourself but how to do it in a manner that is responsible to your family and community.  We teach mental preparation and proper planning. Lamont Patton is the Chief Instructor of L&T Firearms Training Safety And Certification LLC.  As a student of the Detroit Police Department Training Academy, he learned the fundamentals of combat and marksman shooting.   Qualifying as an expert shooter, Lamont utilized his skills to train others. As a National Rifle Association (NRA) Certified Instructor  and Unites States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) Certified instructor he has enhanced his knowledge and trained others in basic pistol shooting and advanced shooting along with firearm safety.   Lamont teaches proper stance and grip and how to improve accuracy.

      Lamont is an appointed NRA Training Counselor; this is one of the highest appointments to achieve. Lamont is also a Chief Range Safety Officer (CRSO).  NRA Range Safety Officers are people who possess the knowledge, skills, and attitude essential to organizing, conduct, and supervise safe shooting activities and range operations.      L&T Firearms Training, Safety & Certification teaches a course called “Personal Protection in the Home” the course that is required by The  State of Michigan to obtain your Concealed Pistol License (CPL)/most commonly known as a “CCW”.  At the completion of your training you will receive a certificate that will be accepted by the county to receive your Michigan CPL. We offer private instruction, one-on-one training, group discounts and a variety of other services.  

     We have available legal services to answer those challenging questions about your rights as a firearm holder. L&T Firearms Training Safety And Certification LLC also offers advanced pistol and rifle training.
